The project is located on the hills of Khaldeh in Lebanon. Khaldeh is a geographical area 15 minutes south of downtown Beirut and 5 minutes from the airport. Khaldeh does not have a municipality on its own, it is actually covered by the municipality of Aaramoun and the municipality of Choueifat. Since 2009, Khaldeh and its neighboring localities have experienced substantial growth, mainly due to the saturation and overvaluation of the capital’s real estate market.

The residence comprises 10 buildings. From 4 floors to 13 floors per building. There are 214 residential units: including 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. Ranging from 120 m2 to 410 m2.
