The project is located on the hills of Khaldeh in Lebanon. Khaldeh is located 15 minutes south of downtown Beirut and 5 minutes from the airport. Khaldeh has no municipality of its own, and is in fact covered by the municipality of Aaramoun and the municipality of Choueifat. Since 2009, Khaldeh and its neighboring towns have experienced significant growth, mainly due to the saturation and overvaluation of the capital’s real estate market.

The residence comprises 10 buildings. From 4 to 13 storeys per building. There are 214 residential units: 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom. They range from 120 m2 to 410 m2. There are 5 commercial units: a supermarket, a fitness center and SPA, a tennis court, a children’s center with a large outdoor playground, a food court with fountains and terraces. The project includes a large lateral promenade with a jogging track, 6,500 m2 of gardens and abundant vegetation. And plenty of parking spaces.
