Our customer bought a 164-square-meter apartment, divided into two condominiums, in a 40-year-old building. The aim was to create two different properties, a 42-square-meter studio and a 122-square-meter 4.5-room apartment. We worked with the best local suppliers and contractors to optimize the solution and modernize the two apartments. The duration of the work was three and a half months.

ASSIGNMENT: PARTIAL RENOVATION

Our mission was to: – Refresh the living space with the execution of a modern design desired by the owner. – Change of parquet flooring on 1st and 2nd floors. – Installation of a new wine cellar in the basement and a TV corner. – Installation of a new modern wardrobe in the attic.

Our mission was to: – Refresh the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and change the parquet flooring throughout the apartment.
MISSION: CREATION OF A DORMER WINDOW AND A NEW BRIGHT ROOM
LOCATION : AUBONNE - VAUD
Our mission was to transform a terrace into a master suite while preserving the brightness of the hallway leading to the other bedrooms and the staircase. To achieve this, we incorporated an architectural dormer window that provides a spectacular view of the lake. The challenge was to maintain natural light diffusion, which led to our strategic choice of introducing glass canopies. This solution allowed for a seamless transition between spaces, combining aesthetics and functionality, thereby adding an exceptional dimension to our renovation project.
